Jayne Ledford
Jayne Ledford's journey in dance commenced at the tender age of 3 in Titusville, FL, igniting a passion that would shape her life. Under the tutelage of Edith Royal at the Royal School of Dance in Orlando, FL, Jayne swiftly rose to become a distinguished company dancer. Within the esteemed Royal Company, she shared the stage with luminaries such as Denise Jackson & Greg Huffman of the Joffrey Ballet, Suzanne Farrell & Sean Lavery of the New York City Ballet, and Russell Saltzback of the Joffrey Ballet, enriching her artistry with each performance.
Jayne's dance prowess extended beyond the stage, as she graced the Easter Parade at Walt Disney World and captivated audiences nationwide with her talent on the hit television show "Bozo" at the age of 9. Her repertoire further includes enchanting portrayals in beloved productions like Nutcracker, Hansel and Gretel, The Emperor's Clothes, and numerous Evening of Ballet performances.
Driven by an unwavering dedication to her craft, Jayne pursued mastery through immersive experiences, including enriching master classes with legends like Gus Giordano and Russell Saltzback of the Joffrey Ballet. Her quest for excellence transcended borders, with additional training in acclaimed dance hubs such as New York City and Paris, France.
Now, Jayne Ledford embarks on a new chapter, fueled by excitement and passion, as she brings the exhilarating FORCE Dance Tour to cities near you. Get ready to be inspired and dazzled as Jayne shares her love for dance with the world!
Michelle Adams-Meeker
Michelle Adams-Meeker is a professional who has performed and trained in New York City for over 13 years. Her numerous credits range from film, television, musicals, video, concert dance works, and stage. Credits include pre-Broadway workshops of “Fosse”, MTV Music Video Awards, numerous musicals, commercials and television specials. She also has appeared with Ben Vereen in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and was a New York Knicks dancer for the New York Knicks basketball team. Michelle has also appeared in Vogue, Vanity Fair, and New York Magazine in various dance shoots. Michelle has performed at Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center, and The Metropolitan Opera. She has assisted many of New York’s top dance teachers, Emmy award winning choreographers, and Tony Award nominated choreographers. She is a scholarship graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she obtained her BFA in dance. There, she was one of six selected in the university to receive a prestigious scholarship awarded by Paulette Goddard, Charlie Chaplin’s wife, 3 years in a row. Michelle is also a National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts award winner. Michelle was selected “Outstanding Senior Dance Major” by the faculty of Houston’s High School for Performing and Visual Arts. She taught dance at the University of South Alabama in the Drama Department from 2001-2004 and has taught numerous master classes throughout the Southeast. Her choreography credits include “Cabaret”, “Pippin”, “The Little Mermaid”, and “Romeo and Juliet”. In 2006, she and her husband opened Broadway South Dance Studio and today the studio is nationally recognized. Broadway South Dance was featured in the July 2008 issue of “Dance Magazine” as one of 6 of the country’s most successful studios and Michelle was also featured in “Dance Teacher Magazine”. Michelle is excited to join forces with Jayne Ledford to bring FORCE DANCE TOUR to life!
